Return Policy

We do not offer exchanges, only returns are allowed within 24 hours of receiving the package. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

You may open the package to check the item. If there’s an issue, you can return the product.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition and unused.
   
• The refund will be issued via any wallet, bank account, or available transfer method preferred by the customer, and the transfer fee will be covered by the customer.
   
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

نحن لا نوفر خدمة التبديل، ولكن يمكنك استرجاع المنتج فقط خلال مدة أقصاها 24 ساعة من وقت استلام الطرد. بعد مرور هذه المدة، لن يكون بالإمكان استرجاع الطلب.

يمكنك فتح الطرد والتأكد من المنتج، وإذا كان هناك أي مشكلة يمكنك التواصل معنا لإرجاعه.

شروط الاسترجاع:

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية ولم يتم استخدامه.
   
• يتم استرجاع المبلغ على أي محفظة تحويل، حساب بنكي، أو أي وسيلة متاحة للعميل، وتكون تكاليف التحويل على العميل.
   
• قيمة الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
